Bad Quality.

As soon as I received the polo, I washed it & the Blue colour on the collar & on the edge of the polo got spilled over my white part of the polo (see pics attached below). I requested for a pick up & have still been waiting for someone to pick it up. I have spoken to the contact Center & they requested me to send an email to the customer care. I have sent 5-7 emails to the customer care with Ticket number 1517062, but no one has still replied to my emails. I still have the polo with me which is of no use. Hope someone reads this & comes up with a solution.
