Quality is bad

The hoodie looks good & the product mentioned is wrong 😑 & the quality of the hoodie is worst after 1st wash I have got treads on the entire hoodie I have called up the customer care & gave a complaint they asked me to mail I did but no response from the customer & the mail id
I have shared the image of the hoodie where I have got treads on the outer part of the hoodie
